A creative director and stylist whose work is shaped by a quietly distinctive eye, Tricja Cotterrill is the founder and creative director of Kirù. Based in Amsterdam, she works regularly between Amsterdam and Paris. Over sixteen years in the industry, she has built a practice rooted in restraint — a conviction that simplicity, carefully considered, can be its own kind of statement.
Tricja develops campaigns for national and international fashion brands from the ground up, shaping concept, moodboard, team, location, casting, image selection, and direction on set.
For her, the work lives in the encounter: how a single image can hold a brand's intent, a season's mood, and a person's presence all at once.
She draws her references from architecture, form, and material and constants that thread through every project and have shaped a signature so consistent it is unmistakably her own.
Her editorial and campaign work has appeared in titles such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Puss Puss, The Greatest and Mod Mod Magazine, where her aesthetic is recognised as pared-back, timeless, and quietly modern.
